There are designated parking spaces provided adjacent to the main entrance, which is on a single level without any steps.

Parking attendants in the car park and security team ensure spaces are kept clear for use for people entitled to use parking spaces. There is an automated speaker system on all accessible spaces alerting the driver that it is an accessible space.

The main public area of the cinema is set over a large single level floor with public spaces, which afford easy movement throughout. Corridors are open and unobstructed.

Of the nine screens in the cinema, eight are complete with removable wheelchair seats, which are utilised on a daily basis.

A "Refuge Callpoint System" is available for anyone who requires assistance in evacuating the building.

Accessible toilet facilities available.

Eye Cinema provides the screening of “Audio Described & Screen Talk” (AD/ST). This technology allows for onscreen subtitles to be displayed for the deaf and hard of hearing, while the visually impaired are accommodated with the use of headphones that provide an audio description and the show’s dialogue in tandem (one service in each ear). This technology is in keeping with the organisation’s desire to supply a service that can be enjoyed fully by ALL their customers, with or without a disability.
