The organisation has a diversity and inclusion strategy and states that all products and services must be accessible to all. The equal opportunities policy has specific reference to people with disabilities. They believe that recognising, respecting and leveraging the differences that all employees bring to the work place as strengths, will ensure that the organisation will be more competitive, will be seen as an employer of choice and will be more creative and innovative with products, services and solutions. They have a diversity and inclusion group which reports directly to the governance team and focuses on education, support and policy. The CSR strategy is called Unlimited Potential and addresses people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and students. Disability awareness training is offered to all staff and everyone undertakes diversity training.
