Stage 4

By examining the original application forms and assessment reports produced at stage three, the preliminary judging panel select 50 organisations that demonstrate the highest levels of best practice in the following categories:

Leadership
Environmental Accessibility
Customer Service
Recruitment & Selection
Learning, Development & Progression
Retention & Well Being

Each of these 50 organisations will receive an O2 Ability Award. The organisations receiving an O2 Ability Award will be notified in writing. The preliminary judging panel also select the six category winners.
