Who's Involved

The O2 Ability Awards have been created, designed and organised by The Aisling Foundation
The Aisling Foundation was founded by Caroline Casey, herself visually impaired, in June 2000. The Aisling Foundation works to promote the Ability of people with disabilities with particular emphasis on the area of employment. Since its inception, The Aisling Foundation has gained an exceptionally high level of both business and media coverage for its adventurous, unique and positive approach and has gained the reputation as an organisation that has a real ability to influence lasting change.
Access Ability
Access Ability are The Aisling Foundation’s strategic partners for the O2 Ability Awards. They created and designed the assessment process in consultation with The Aisling Foundation. They manage the entire assessment process.
Access Ability are Disability Management Consultants who assist employers in achieving best practice in the employment and management of people with disabilities in the workplace. They help employers ensure their built environment is accessible for all, understand and manage disability in the workplace, develop non-discriminatory policies and procedures, manage long-term absenteeism and obtain grants that are available to them.
